What water filter is right for you?
At Clearly Filtered, we offer a range of products to ensure you can have clean and safe tap water, where and when you want it. So, whether that means at home in the kitchen, or when you’re out and about, we’ve got you covered. Not sure where to start or what type of water filter you need? Our simple Q&A can help guide you to just the right Clearly Filtered product.
Question: Where do you want to have access to clean and safe water?
Your answer: In the Kitchen
If you want to have access to clean and safe water in your kitchen, we have a few options for you to consider: our universal fridge filter, our half-gallon water pitcher, and our 3-stage under the sink filtration system. Which of these filters you may want or need depends on a couple of factors.
1. Do you want clean and safe water for drinking? If your primary interest is filtering your tap water to drink, consider our universal fridge filter and water pitcher. You can’t go wrong with either one, as both provide removal of up to 99.9% of 365+ contaminants, including fluoride, PFAS, glyphosate, lead, and so much more.
Our fridge filter will conveniently provide clean and safe cold water—and ice if you have an automatic ice-maker—right out of the built-in dispensers. It’s easy to install and fits out of sight behind your fridge, and it won’t void your warranty. And rated for 365 gallons, it could last you up to a year, depending on how much water your household (including pets) consumes. Buy it now.
Our water pitcher is another great option that will provide you with a total of 100 gallons of clean and safe water before needing a filter change. We typically recommend our filter for smaller households, but it certainly works for larger households too. Just remember to set your filter replacement subscription settings according to your household’s water usage, which we’ve found equates to an average 2 to 3 months for families, 3 to 4 months for couples, and 4 to 6 months for single users. Buy it now.
One last tip. If you have young children, keep in mind they might have an easier time filling up at the fridge dispenser compared to using the water pitcher. If you want them to be able to help themselves to clean and safe water, the fridge filter might be worth considering for your family.
2. Do you want clean and safe water for cooking?
If you want clean and safe water for cooking, our under the sink filter is a must. This compact 3-stage system fits neatly under your sink and hooks directly into your existing cold water line. Once the quick install is complete, you’ll have clean and safe cold water flowing right out of your tap. You’ll be able to fill the coffee or pasta pot, rinse vegetables, and wash your hands with peace of mind knowing your tap water will be free of up to 99.9% of 232+ contaminants. Average filter life is 2,000 gallons. Buy it now.
Your answer: In the Shower
If you want to eliminate up to 95% of chlorine and other contaminants from your shower water (and give your hair and skin a break), you need a filtered shower head.
Unfortunately this product has been discontinued. We are currently in the process of exploring options for a new and improved shower head in the future.
Your answer: On-the-go
If you’re looking for clean and safe tap water to take on-the-go, look no further than our filtered water bottles. We offer several varieties, in borosilicate glass, BPA-free Tritan® plastic, and stainless steel (now available in several colors), depending on your preference. In all of these bottles, the filter works using suction. As you pull water up through the straw, it passes through our proprietary Affinity Filtration Technology®, which provides up to 99.9% removal of 220+ contaminants. Buy it now.
